Christmas~

Christmas….. one of the day that I cant wait every year. Too excited to celebrate :D Me? Celebrate Christmas? All my frens macam bingung why im celebrating it. Well, 70% of my mom family are catholic including my grandparents. Actually, my dad side also used to be non muslim but back in 1965, my father’s dad decided to convert to muslim along wit all his family. So, lucky for me. Now I can celebrating Hari Raya and Christmas. 2 exited days in 1 year :P

Every year, me, my bros and cousins will come up wit a theme for Christmas. All of us need to wear according the selected theme on Christmas party juz likes Holloween. But this year, because we don’t had preparation, no theme had been selected. Im juz too busy to do all the baking tat my auntie already assign me to do. Cakes, cookies, pudding and so on. For 3 days I juz…. Baking, baking, baking!!! I juz stop to sleep and online. Sempat lagi online ba hehehehehe……

So this year, I decided to wear a dress. White and red, juz like Santa :P Well, lots of my family “terkezut” coz I don’t usually wear something feminine. Me tua suda ba. Already 25. So, kunu-kunu mo try jd ladies la kunu hahaha…..

Usually on 24th nite, all my family (except my family @ Roslan’s family) will goin to church. My auntie along wit my grandparents will goin to catholic church and my uncle will goin to Anglican church. After their came back, we will waiting for my uncle’s mom and family to come too. So, by midnite my uncle house akan macam ada concert. Imagine my family (which is Kadazan) plus my mom’ family (Philippines) plus my uncle’s family side (Toraja@Indonesia). So its likes 3 different country you can saw in one room. Everyone will patiently waiting at living room until 12am. Then my uncle will announced “the opening presents ceremony”. So you can saw someone screaming (1. They love their presents or 2. They hate it), laughing, complaining (my uncle’s sister complaining why she juz got 1 small perfume but my mom got 1 set body wash wit big basket, ada2 ja). Me? I got my favorite, Vera Wang’s perfume, princess. Yippee!!!! But, whether they likes it or not, everyone will juz laughing and smiling. That’s why I likes Christmas so much.

On 25th night every year, my uncle house will open for the “biggest Christmas party ever”. Last nite the party were juz for close family, but on 25th its for all friends and neighbors. We start by all family gathering in the living room. Music turn on and everyone will dancing. Usually my papang (we called our grandad papang. And yes we know its mean “dad”) will start dancing. Ahh… my papang memang macam tu. Tidak malu mo menari depan orang ramai. This year, me become the house DJ. The mic and mixer are mine hehehehehe…. Ya I know, my uncle house now juz turn to club already :D Then, the guests will show up 1 by 1 until there no rooms we can fit anymore. Lotsa foods and drinks, laugh and jokes and everyone juz enjoying themself. And that’s wat I called a good party, yeah……

The party end around 2am. Me juz to exhausted tat nite. Ya la, 3 days me baking all the cookies, cakes and pudding then 2 party non stop. But for me, the best Christmas are celebrating wit all your family. That’s the Christmas’s spirit :P

My first time~

This is my 1st time to had and try blogging. Well.... for this up coming year 2010, i promise to myself to try something new and commited to it.

Actually, i luv reading and writing. I used writed some novels when im in high school (form 4) together with my close friend, Ruhafizan. Our novel was juz about a teenage life story. We created 15 characters, then my friend Ruhafizan start writing the 1st book. Then, my turn to write 2nd book and so on. Both of us using the same characters wit different story. Well, we pretty popular wit our "followers" tat time. Everyone who already read our books, begging for more. So, every 1 week we will "release" our book. Tat time i was really happy coz i had something to do to show and express myself. When my friend had to move to another class in form 5, we decided to stop publishing our book. So, both of us go in a separate way. And after SPM, both of us lost contact and in early 2009, i meet again with her. And for my surprised, she still writing. But for her own reading. She said her dream to become a writer but afraid to send her works to publisher, duhh.....

Well, for me.... im writing sometimes. Not so often. Its just like, when i got some ideas i will write it down. Well, my life pretty busy since i left high school because i start taking my diploma then my degree. When in my final year in university, i start working with event company. So, life so busy. And i start totally forgetting my passion, writing. Well, for this up coming year, i already promise myself to start writing again. Not writing a novel, but about my life.
