Morning Breeze, Morning Blues...

Morning guys....

i know its still 5.30am but recently, i used to "automatically" wake up around tis time. Well... its been almost 2 month im "resting n recovering" at my hometown. Had to "stop" dulu sekejap from my busy life in KK cause my illness (luckly im a freelancer now)

Well, im not gonna talked but "illness" guys. Here i want to talk bout my "new routine". Wat da hell im doin at 5.30am in da morning??? Usually, im still dreaming tis time :P But, coz now me cuma "makan tidur makan tidur" ja d umah, so i decided to follow my fren (Yusli) advised to wake up early n take a good refreshing morning breeze. "Baik untuk kesihatan... Bagus ko cuba". Demikianlah ayat beliau :P

So, me pun try la bangun around 5.30am. Lepak at my house balcony sambil sipping a cup of tea wit my teddy bear busuk then curl up on da bench.... memang syiok hehehehe....


Ndak sia-sia me ikut advised my fren. Its really makes me feel "rejuvenate" hehehehe.... So, everyday pun im doin da same thing. But... there a "but" on tis. Around 7am, suasana yang aman n sepi akan stat bising suda. Yala, suma neighbours already bangun to stat their routine also @ working n etc. I dont mind bout da "noisy" actually. Da thing tat i mind about are when all my neighbours start their car engine then.... juz left it...!!!!

Well, i bet everyone who had car will do da same thing. "Panaskan enjin" is da rite term for tis. Da thing tat REALLY-REALLY pissed me of are, their always let da engine on for around 30 minutes. Can u imagine there are 5 cars parked in front of my house, engine on n all their exhaust fumes covered my house area..??? Da worst, sampai masuk my bedroom even i already closed da balcony door n my windows.

Tis thing happen "EVERYDAY".... i dunno why they keep warmin their car engine for tat long. 30 minute guys..!!! 30 minute...!!! Even u really need to warm up ur car engine pun, enough la for 10 minute, NOT 30 MINUTE...!!!! I rather smell garbage's smell than exhaust fumes early in da morning. Well, at least tat garbage smell didnt give any effects to our health. Even my lil sister, Sasya (suffered asthma) complaining every morning when she woke up for school.

I really dunno wat to do in tis matter. Macam mau memaki wit them pun ada... Teda kesedaran sivik langsung..... Luckly my mami told me to juz "quiet". If not, i already stand at my balcony n shout "Drive ur car now or stop ur engine u f***ing b***h"....

Hye...

im juz want to inform all of u guys tat i know... my blog post masi sikit huhuhu.... Actually i already wrote ALOT but still in "DRAFT STATUS" hehehehe.... Since im always nonstop editing all my posts again and again. Nda pandai puas ati ba me ne :P

But guys... i promises to "RELEASE" all da posting soon. By tat time, hepi reading n blogging....

Cakes anyone?? :D

i LOVE baking...!!! From cakes, cupcakes, pudding and so on. Cant get enough of it :P i wish i have big kitchen wit big oven n all ingredients so i can bakes everyday hehehe....



So, for my 1st post under "DIY gurl" ne, i want to share wit u guys my "Super Moist Chocolate Cakes". Wit right ingredients n right measurement, i bet u also can bake it. All da ingredient pun cheap n easy to find. N... dont forget to put da important ingredient also - LOVE :)

Ingredients:

• 2 cups flour
• 2 1/4 cups sugar
• 3/4 cups cocoa powder
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup condensed milk
• 1 tbs baking powder
• 1 tbs baking soda
• 1 cup milk (or juz plain water )
• vanilla essence
• cooking chocolate (u can skip tis put i prefer to put some)
• 1/2 cups corn oil

Preparations:

1) Heat milk/water, cocoa powder, condensed milk and cooking chocolate in a pan. Let it boil for a while until the mixture becomes slightly thick. Turn of fire and leave to cool.

2) Beat corn oil and sugar for 2 minutes. Add in eggs one at a time. Add in flour, baking powder n vanilla.

3) Finally add in the cooled chocolate mixture.

4) Bake for 30 minute (or so) at 180'c.

* N here are da ingredients for da ganache: Heat cooking chocolate, icing sugar n 1 spoon butter. U can add double cream if u likes (sempat lg posing :P)

* My Super Moist Chocolate cakes. Yummylicous....

FIFA fever?? No.. its BETTING fever...

FIFA 2010... Ya... everyone pun already kena "FIFA FEVER". Nda terkecuali my teddy yang suda ready since in January lagi. Me...??? Not too excited la since im not da fanatic one. Juz minat n sokong my all time fav team - Liverpool n England. LOVE them since im in form 1 lagik :)



im not gonna write about FIFA or football actually guys. But before im telling u wat in my mind rite now, i want u to answer my "teka-teki" ne.... As u know, everyone pun in "FIFA FEVER MOOD" rite?? So... da question are... "Wat else other than FIFA are people talking about rite now?"....
And da answer are..... "FIFA BETTING" guys.... Yellow card to u guys since i know u cant answer tadi kan hehehehe....

Cerita bout betting ne, last nite was England VS Germany match. Of coz me sokong England but i know, tonite Germany mesti menang huhuhuhu.... Yala, England performance tis year hancus.... Sad but its true... But anyway, me tinguk ja la. In case manatau menang kan hehehehe.... 15 minute before start, my uncle tiba2 bising2 (we in Tawau rite now, celebrated my cousin birthday last nite) Sibuk asking everyone in da house who want to place a bet. Rupa ya, my uncle already agreed with 1 tokey cina ne mo betting ne malam. So, all of us joking la if we can bet for juz 50 cent or mybe rm2 hahahaha.... Then my uncle pandai2 told all of us MUST bet for rm30 including my mami (yang bingung tat time tidak tau apa cerita) n my cousin (yang baru primary 6) My grandad pun my uncle paksa betting. Last2, 1 rumah pasang bet.... isk...isk...isk....

5 minute before match, my uncle baru ask me n my dad "Which team kita mo bet ne?". Me n my dad tat time juz.... Biar betul my uncle ne??!!! 5 minute before match n we still havent choose any team yet??!! Aiyahhhh.... Me n my dad agreed to go for Germany. But my uncle forced me to check in da internet bout da match betting prediction adeehhhh.... All said England will win but me n my dad still want to go for Germany. Betting set n match are.... on..!!!!

In many days, tis nite la umah my uncle sunyi. Coz everyone berdebar waiting who gonna score first. N everyone looked at me n my dad macam "Awas klu Germany kalah". Coz all of them believe da internet prediction hahahaha....

But... well guys.... half time baru abis but everyone face pun berseri-seri suda hahahaha.... Coz confirm Germany will win tonite. And in da middle of tat nite also, my uncle home macam ada concert coz everyone cheering like hell coz win da betting. Fuhhh... nasib menang owhhh.... klu nda, mati me n my dad kena belasah hahahaha.....


After tat, my uncle sempat lagi pesan if anyone mo betting lagi hahahaha... for me enough la. Ne bukan semangat kesukanan tapi semangat perjudian hahahahaha....

Cupcakes n Birthday~

Today are my cousin, Andy's birthday. And yes... we at Tawau now. My auntie already assigned me to cooked spaghetti n something for da party. We goin to have small surprises party kunu. So, me n my cousin Lisa (Andy's lil sis) decided to baked some cupcakes for him.

So, in here i want to shared wit all u guys my "Super Yummy n Easy Cupcakes" (All my recipes mesti ba ada nama2 yg gempak2 hahahaha....)

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup corn oil
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 eggs
• 2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup condensed milk
• vanilla essence
• salt

Preparation:

1) Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Then add corn oil and condensed milk.


2) Then fold in all dry ingredients such cocoa powder and flour. Dont forgot da salt n vanilla too. Juz fold by spoon coz u dont want to over beat it...
3) Pour into paper cases n bake around 30 minute for 180*c
4) For da frosting, juz beat 1 cup icing sugar wit 1 cup butter. U can add colour n any flavour u likes also. When it looked fluffy, u ready to used it....

Addicted...

Ice cube.... ya guys!!! im addicted to ice cube. As i remember, i stat addicted to it since last year. i juz cant stop my mouth from eatin n munchin ice cube 24/7. My ayah n teddy (they both agreed on tis matter) REALLY-REALLY HATE me eating it. They said its a BAD-BAD HABIT.... ya ka??? (pura2 confused :P)

Come on guys.... ice cube are water juga kan?? Anggap me drank my daily basis water supply la (my same answer when they mad at me hahahaha....) But... i agreed too tat i ate TOO MUCH ice cube :P Everytime i woke up in da morning, da 1st thing i do are.... Open da fridge n pop 1 (or maybe 3 :P) ice cube to my mouth. Its became my daily breakfast... N i can woke up in da middle of nite juz to eat it n then, sambung tido balik. Okay... u can said it become worse now.

Many peeps said it will makes my throat berlubang nanti la, kasi lemah badan la n so on. i know n sumtimes cam insaf juga tp.... i REALLY-REALLY CANNOT STOP la guys.... 30 minute nda makan ais, rasa cam nda lengkap idup (cheh... ayat tu ba ahak...)

Well, i hope i can find sumthing yang bulih kurang2 kan "ketagihan" ne. Since i hate been nagging bout it by my ayah n my teddy

My Ayah~

For me, its not u had to wait until June to appreciate ur father by giving them prezy. For me, we should do it every day (not giving prezy every day la, bangkrap la juga kan :P) Respect, love n care can shown in many ways. Juz by calling him everyday asking how his day, or maybe take them out for breakfast every sunday pun da cukup. Bukan BF/GF ja mo d kol tanya kabar or bawa dating selalu....Maybe u can say "senang la ko cakap".... but guys (n girls la juga), i saw most of my frens nda rapat wit their father. "Cannot get along" kunuk da coz da tua. So, dorang simpan Father's day ja tuk "jenguk" their dad hmmmm.....

My dad?? Well, he already 47 tis year. He had me when he 21. My ayah (as we called him) ne jenis cerewet sikit not like my mami, pendiam. So, kena bebel everyday mmg confirm la especially me since im da stubborn one. Dulu (teenager) mmg me slalu gaduh wit my ayah @ melawan. Everything i do suma nda kena, ada ja di bebelkan. Tat day, i used to be my ayah only daughter @ da oldest (along wit my 3 lil brothers) But, when im starting study in U n away from home, rasa sunyi pula nda dengar my ayah nagging hahahaha....

Early 1999, my lil sis Sasya born n Nini pla on December 2004. So, im not da only daughter la suda. i still remember when my sis, Sasya still baby until in primary 3. My ayah TERLAMPAU kasi manja. Da thing i clearly remember until now are wat my mom said to my ayah "Kasi manja lagi ah yah... nanti besar suda jadi macam c alin (me) Malar begaduh ja kamu". i juz huh?? Me manja ka dulu wit my ayah?? N my mami said "YES!!! ur dad pi tandas pun kau ikut jua". Adedehhhh... malunya hahahaha....

Now Sasya in primary 5 n Nini in kindergarden. N guess wat?? My dad selalu membebel wit my sis Sasya hahahaha.... N Nini pla yang paling manja. Ndapa, bakal2 ganti Sasya la tu 4-5 tahun lagi hahahaha....

But... tats my ayah. Even he looked likes suka carik gaduh n membebel, we know he LOVE us so much :) Until rite now, everytime my ayah on his way back home from office, he will called us 1st, asking wat we want to eat or etc. Everyday.... Ya, even me yg suda tua ne pun masi pesan itu ini (egg tart or maybe jeruk manga are my regular order hahahaha...) N he will buy it. If he forgot, he will go back to buy it ASAP....

So, in here i would like to wish my ayah "Happy Father's Day. We LOVE u so much....". Hope my ayah akan sihat selalu, panjang umur n murah rezeki. Insyaallah, nanti me belanja ayah n mami naik Haji orait... :D

Kinokuniya Blues~

Every time i'm in KLCC, da place i MUST GO are Kinokuniya. Kira WAJIB masuk sana la to looks for new books.

So, last time i'm in KL, i bring my family to there also since all of them LOVE BOOKS. Tat time i already planned to buy Martha Stewart's Cupcakes book. Memang da lama plan la kira ya.... So, masuk ja Kinokuniya, trus straight to cooking section. Less then 10 minute, i found my book. Hepi la kunu tat time coz i already want tat book since i saw it in Martha show.
Then, baru me sedar, my mom, dad n 2 lil' sis suda hilang. Aiyahhh.... pusing punya pusing, rupa ya suma masing2 khusyuk baca buku. Everyone pun bingung mo beli which one especially my mom. Macam dia mo borong semua klu bulih huhuhuhu..... Me?? Already ada kan, da Martha's Cupcakes tu. So, me relex2 la kunu tinguk2 buku lain. Until...... (kasi suspen kunu :P) My dad tiba-tiba panggil. He told me i "Should saw wat he juz saw". Rupa-rupa ya, there are one rack filled wit all da Liverpool's books. From da players biography, da club history and so on. Wahhh..... Trus i feeled like i'm in heaven...!!!! Especially when i saw "Steven Gerrard-My Captain's Book" n "Torres-El Nino My Story". I WANT TO BUY IT...!!!! But.... both books cost more than rm100++ plus da Martha's book also rm100++
OMG....!!!! I really want all of them Desicion... Desicion... I need to decide which one im gonna buy. I feeled like if i dont buy tis, im died. N if i dont buy tis im died also. Fikir punya fikir, mo 1 hour suda we in Kinokuniya. All my family juz looking at me. Everyone pun pandang likes "hurry up la" hahahahaha.... And... Da winner are......

Ne la nama ya "lain yang di rancang, lain yang jadi" hehehehe.... Had to say bye-bye to Torres n Martha. Sori guys.... i love u both but i cant lived without Gerrard... hahahahaha.....

(But i managed to kiss Torres before i go :P)

This thing usually happen almost everytime i go to any book store. Mesti bingung mo beli mana satu.... huhuhuhu.... i always imagine if i got library juz like Kinokuniya in my home... BEST YA...!!!!!

Birthday gurl~

Its March already.... n guess wat?? Me, my lil sis n my dad are share da same birthday month. Me on 15th, my sis on 19th n my dad on 29th.

Well actually, i already planned for a big birthday party for tis year. The theme will be "Witch VS Fairy" hehehe... Since my lil sis love Fairy tales n me more to Witch craft :P, so im combining tis 2 theme into one. Clever me kan?? Kan?? "pat own head" ahak...


The party will held outside my house where i will "divide" da area into 2. Left side will be "da dark side" n da right side will be "da light fairy area". Da dark side will be decorate wit all da witch stuff such spider web, witch fireplace, black cat, dead trees n so on. And in da light area will be decorate wit all da fairy stuff such flowers, butterflies, rainbow n u name it.... In da middle area, there will be 1 big table where da table cloth are half black n half white. Da witch foods will be da Monsters cupcakes, Bone cookies, Bloody juice n etc. Da fairy foods pula will be da butterflies cupcakes, flower cookies, rainbow punch n etc (already set da menu n recipes)


Since da party will be in 2 theme, i will let all our guests to wear black or white attire. When they arrive, they need to choose to wear da witch hat n mantel or da fairy crown n wings. im also goin to makes butterfly n spider pinatta (idea from my mom).

Well, hopefully my plans akan jadi. So excited n cannot wait for tat day. It goin to be da best birthday party ever for my family n frens (especially my sis n her frens lor....)

Christmas~

Christmas….. one of the day that I cant wait every year. Too excited to celebrate :D Me? Celebrate Christmas? All my frens macam bingung why im celebrating it. Well, 70% of my mom family are catholic including my grandparents. Actually, my dad side also used to be non muslim but back in 1965, my father’s dad decided to convert to muslim along wit all his family. So, lucky for me. Now I can celebrating Hari Raya and Christmas. 2 exited days in 1 year :P

Every year, me, my bros and cousins will come up wit a theme for Christmas. All of us need to wear according the selected theme on Christmas party juz likes Holloween. But this year, because we don’t had preparation, no theme had been selected. Im juz too busy to do all the baking tat my auntie already assign me to do. Cakes, cookies, pudding and so on. For 3 days I juz…. Baking, baking, baking!!! I juz stop to sleep and online. Sempat lagi online ba hehehehehe……

So this year, I decided to wear a dress. White and red, juz like Santa :P Well, lots of my family “terkezut” coz I don’t usually wear something feminine. Me tua suda ba. Already 25. So, kunu-kunu mo try jd ladies la kunu hahaha…..

Usually on 24th nite, all my family (except my family @ Roslan’s family) will goin to church. My auntie along wit my grandparents will goin to catholic church and my uncle will goin to Anglican church. After their came back, we will waiting for my uncle’s mom and family to come too. So, by midnite my uncle house akan macam ada concert. Imagine my family (which is Kadazan) plus my mom’ family (Philippines) plus my uncle’s family side (Toraja@Indonesia). So its likes 3 different country you can saw in one room. Everyone will patiently waiting at living room until 12am. Then my uncle will announced “the opening presents ceremony”. So you can saw someone screaming (1. They love their presents or 2. They hate it), laughing, complaining (my uncle’s sister complaining why she juz got 1 small perfume but my mom got 1 set body wash wit big basket, ada2 ja). Me? I got my favorite, Vera Wang’s perfume, princess. Yippee!!!! But, whether they likes it or not, everyone will juz laughing and smiling. That’s why I likes Christmas so much.

On 25th night every year, my uncle house will open for the “biggest Christmas party ever”. Last nite the party were juz for close family, but on 25th its for all friends and neighbors. We start by all family gathering in the living room. Music turn on and everyone will dancing. Usually my papang (we called our grandad papang. And yes we know its mean “dad”) will start dancing. Ahh… my papang memang macam tu. Tidak malu mo menari depan orang ramai. This year, me become the house DJ. The mic and mixer are mine hehehehehe…. Ya I know, my uncle house now juz turn to club already :D Then, the guests will show up 1 by 1 until there no rooms we can fit anymore. Lotsa foods and drinks, laugh and jokes and everyone juz enjoying themself. And that’s wat I called a good party, yeah……

The party end around 2am. Me juz to exhausted tat nite. Ya la, 3 days me baking all the cookies, cakes and pudding then 2 party non stop. But for me, the best Christmas are celebrating wit all your family. That’s the Christmas’s spirit :P
