Cakes anyone?? :D

i LOVE baking...!!! From cakes, cupcakes, pudding and so on. Cant get enough of it :P i wish i have big kitchen wit big oven n all ingredients so i can bakes everyday hehehe....



So, for my 1st post under "DIY gurl" ne, i want to share wit u guys my "Super Moist Chocolate Cakes". Wit right ingredients n right measurement, i bet u also can bake it. All da ingredient pun cheap n easy to find. N... dont forget to put da important ingredient also - LOVE :)

Ingredients:

• 2 cups flour
• 2 1/4 cups sugar
• 3/4 cups cocoa powder
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup condensed milk
• 1 tbs baking powder
• 1 tbs baking soda
• 1 cup milk (or juz plain water )
• vanilla essence
• cooking chocolate (u can skip tis put i prefer to put some)
• 1/2 cups corn oil

Preparations:

1) Heat milk/water, cocoa powder, condensed milk and cooking chocolate in a pan. Let it boil for a while until the mixture becomes slightly thick. Turn of fire and leave to cool.

2) Beat corn oil and sugar for 2 minutes. Add in eggs one at a time. Add in flour, baking powder n vanilla.

3) Finally add in the cooled chocolate mixture.

4) Bake for 30 minute (or so) at 180'c.

* N here are da ingredients for da ganache: Heat cooking chocolate, icing sugar n 1 spoon butter. U can add double cream if u likes (sempat lg posing :P)

* My Super Moist Chocolate cakes. Yummylicous....

FIFA fever?? No.. its BETTING fever...

FIFA 2010... Ya... everyone pun already kena "FIFA FEVER". Nda terkecuali my teddy yang suda ready since in January lagi. Me...??? Not too excited la since im not da fanatic one. Juz minat n sokong my all time fav team - Liverpool n England. LOVE them since im in form 1 lagik :)



im not gonna write about FIFA or football actually guys. But before im telling u wat in my mind rite now, i want u to answer my "teka-teki" ne.... As u know, everyone pun in "FIFA FEVER MOOD" rite?? So... da question are... "Wat else other than FIFA are people talking about rite now?"....
And da answer are..... "FIFA BETTING" guys.... Yellow card to u guys since i know u cant answer tadi kan hehehehe....

Cerita bout betting ne, last nite was England VS Germany match. Of coz me sokong England but i know, tonite Germany mesti menang huhuhuhu.... Yala, England performance tis year hancus.... Sad but its true... But anyway, me tinguk ja la. In case manatau menang kan hehehehe.... 15 minute before start, my uncle tiba2 bising2 (we in Tawau rite now, celebrated my cousin birthday last nite) Sibuk asking everyone in da house who want to place a bet. Rupa ya, my uncle already agreed with 1 tokey cina ne mo betting ne malam. So, all of us joking la if we can bet for juz 50 cent or mybe rm2 hahahaha.... Then my uncle pandai2 told all of us MUST bet for rm30 including my mami (yang bingung tat time tidak tau apa cerita) n my cousin (yang baru primary 6) My grandad pun my uncle paksa betting. Last2, 1 rumah pasang bet.... isk...isk...isk....

5 minute before match, my uncle baru ask me n my dad "Which team kita mo bet ne?". Me n my dad tat time juz.... Biar betul my uncle ne??!!! 5 minute before match n we still havent choose any team yet??!! Aiyahhhh.... Me n my dad agreed to go for Germany. But my uncle forced me to check in da internet bout da match betting prediction adeehhhh.... All said England will win but me n my dad still want to go for Germany. Betting set n match are.... on..!!!!

In many days, tis nite la umah my uncle sunyi. Coz everyone berdebar waiting who gonna score first. N everyone looked at me n my dad macam "Awas klu Germany kalah". Coz all of them believe da internet prediction hahahaha....

But... well guys.... half time baru abis but everyone face pun berseri-seri suda hahahaha.... Coz confirm Germany will win tonite. And in da middle of tat nite also, my uncle home macam ada concert coz everyone cheering like hell coz win da betting. Fuhhh... nasib menang owhhh.... klu nda, mati me n my dad kena belasah hahahaha.....


After tat, my uncle sempat lagi pesan if anyone mo betting lagi hahahaha... for me enough la. Ne bukan semangat kesukanan tapi semangat perjudian hahahahaha....

Cupcakes n Birthday~

Today are my cousin, Andy's birthday. And yes... we at Tawau now. My auntie already assigned me to cooked spaghetti n something for da party. We goin to have small surprises party kunu. So, me n my cousin Lisa (Andy's lil sis) decided to baked some cupcakes for him.

So, in here i want to shared wit all u guys my "Super Yummy n Easy Cupcakes" (All my recipes mesti ba ada nama2 yg gempak2 hahahaha....)

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup corn oil
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 eggs
• 2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup condensed milk
• vanilla essence
• salt

Preparation:

1) Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Then add corn oil and condensed milk.


2) Then fold in all dry ingredients such cocoa powder and flour. Dont forgot da salt n vanilla too. Juz fold by spoon coz u dont want to over beat it...
3) Pour into paper cases n bake around 30 minute for 180*c
4) For da frosting, juz beat 1 cup icing sugar wit 1 cup butter. U can add colour n any flavour u likes also. When it looked fluffy, u ready to used it....
